Return Policy

Any claims for poorly damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days of receipt of the product. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice a problem with the products or any other item in your order, please send a report of the problem.

Incorrect address – If you provide an address deemed insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping.

Unclaimed – Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and the cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

How can I claim the Right of Withdrawal or Make Return?

Notice to EU consumers: Pursuant to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of October 25, 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided:

  1. The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  2. Sealed face masks that have been opened after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons.

To avoid waste and unnecessary energy consumption, all the products for sale on our platform are printed, sewn and sealed only once the order is completed according to your specific requests and then tailor-made. For this reason it is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Despite this, however, we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied, indeed, thrilled with your product once it arrives. If there is anything wrong with it, we will fix it. Need to change to a different size or color? It’s free. Need to replace an item that arrived damaged? It’s free. We want you to love what you purchased, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can arrange a replacement for situations where:

The wrong size or color of garment was ordered

A damaged or defective item arrived

No return labels are necessary at this point. Simply prepare your email address, order number, and new product size/color and click the “Submit a replacement” button below. Once submitted, you will be contacted with a confirmation email.

If something arrives damaged or faulty, please send a photo of the goods.

Please note: the first exchange is free on every order, if an item has already been exchanged, it is no longer eligible for free return, but you can still request a replacement whenever you want by paying the shipping charge. The return shipping address changes depending on where the order was handled (US, Europe, etc.).
